The CCTV Body Distortion is a camera-only anomaly where a patient or visitor appears unnaturally stretched, elongated, or otherwise distorted when viewed through the security camera feed. In person, the same individual appears completely normal.
How to Spot It
This anomaly is invisible to direct observation. You must check the waiting-room or hallway CCTV feed and compare what the camera shows to what you see at the window. If the person looks stretched, warped, or distorted on camera but normal in person, reject them.
CCTV Priority
This is a pure CCTV anomaly — it cannot be detected through physical appearance or photo checks alone. This makes it especially dangerous for players who neglect camera monitoring.
Strategy
- Make CCTV checks part of your standard inspection routine
- Look for elongation, stretching, or any proportion differences between camera and direct view
- When in doubt, always trust the camera
- Coordinate with teammates — assign one player to monitor cameras while others handle the desk
